Which type of events can I use your products for?
ANY OCCASION IMAGINABLE! Any design can be customized to fit the theme of your party or event and the wording will be whatever you want (space permitting).
Am I limited to the designs shown on your site?
Absolutely NOT! We have thousands of design options and characters available that are not yet listed on our site. If you do not see what you are looking for on the site, we probably have it or we will do our best to try to make exactly what you would like. Please contact us with any special requests. (Additional design fees may apply, but rarely do!)
How do I access other sample designs not listed on the website?
We are in the process of adding designs to the website. Since most of our orders are custom orders based on our clients ideas and party themes the design possibilities are endless! If you have a specific idea of what you are looking for (for example, you've seen something elsewhere on the web and loved it OR your party has a theme such as "1957 Chevy Cars", "70's Disco" or "Pink Poodle") just send an email requesting a specific sample to Sweetlyinfo@aol.com and we will email you back a sample based on your needs!
What kind of candy do you use?
Hershey 1.55 oz. bars for the large candy bars (now factory sealed in brown wrappers so we wrap them first in foil for a more authentic look!) , Assorted Hershey miniatures ( Regular, Dark, Mr. Goodbar and Krackle) for the minis, Fun sized Kit Kat Bars, Breathsavers for the "lifesaver" rolls, individually wrapped Lifesavers for the matchmints. All of our candy and mints stay in their factory sealed wrappers, never touched by us!
Can I just order the wrappers and wrap them onto my own candy?
Of course, in fact it's recommended, especially in the summer time! We can ship with freezer inserts but wrapping them onto your own candy bar can save you $$$ if you have the time and patience to wrap them yourself! Easy instructions will be included.
Do you ship outside of the U.S.?
Yes! For an extra shipping charge, we can ship out any paper items by USPS Global Priority mail. It is safer and cheaper to only mail the wrappers and other paper items to avoid any customs delays or extra taxes! Please send an email to us at Sweetlyinfo@aol.com if you are outside of the U.S. and would like to place an order!
What type of paper do you use?
We use high glossy photo quality paper for all of our candy wrappers, mintbooks and magnets. Heavy weight cardstock (110 lb.) white or ivory paper is used for our invitations, shower games, advice cards, cd jackets, and gift tags. Either white matte or clear labels are used for the mailing or favor labels. All items are printed on paper that won't smudge, making your items perfect mementos and great for scrapbooking!
Can I pay using my credit card?
We only accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express credit card payments through PayPal at the present time through our checkout services. My Event is a few months away, how long should I wait to order?
All large orders should be made at least 2 weeks in advance for our convenience, although they can be processed in less. You can order as early as you like for most of our items, but orders with chocolate are best to order no more than 3 months in advance for the freshest chocolate.
Can I track my order?
Yes, a tracking number will be provided to you the day we ship your order. Just click on the link in the e-mail and follow the instructions to track your package.
How do I store my chocolates upon delivery?
Your chocolates should be stored at room temperature away from direct sunlight or heat. We recommend storing your chocolates in a dry and cool place. If you live in a warm/hot climate you should store your chocolates in a cool closet. We do not recommend refridgerating your chocolate as this will create a change in your chocolate's appearance and the moisture can ruin the custom wrappers. Please do not freeze!
Can I request a sample to be sent to me?
Due to many requests we no longer offer free samples. If you would like a sample of any item you must purchase each individual item(s) plus $3.85 shipping and handling. Contact us for more info on samples.
Do you offer discounts on large quantities?
Yes, If you would like to place a large (100 or more) order, please e-mail us for discounted prices.
How do you prevent chocolate orders from melting?
We ship all of our chocolate items with a sufficient amount of cold gel packs, and ship 2-3 day Priority mail through USPS. Additional cold packs can be purchased for . 75 each. Please have someone to pick up your shipment if you cannot be there so they are not sitting in the heat or in the sun.
Will my Personal Information be shared with others?
We do not keep, share or sell anyone's personal information. We respect our customer's right to their privacy and we protect all of our customer's information received on our secured shopping cart.
Can I pick up my order or have it delivered?
We are located in Salinas, CA. We can personally deliver to the Salinas area only for orders above $100 free of charge.
If you would like to pick up an order in front of the KMART store on N. Davis Road, you can also avoid delivery or shipping charges!
